All sales are considered FINAL, and are not subject to refunds or exchanges unless products are damaged, incorrect, and or defective proven by an investigation with our team.
We don't offer refunds to orders that:
-Have been used/out of the package
-Have been dyed or bleached
-Hair that has been damaged by personal hair care products
-Stolen after delivery
International Shipping & Shipping Time:
Our standard/priority shipping is $6.95 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $24 and it takes 1-2 business days.Canada shipping will be available for 5-7 business days for $35.
If you place an order before 12 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)
* Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.
** Please note: Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Regulations are enforced by Canada, and these fees are outside of our shipping costs.
